D4 Expanding Chipboard Flooring Adhesive is a high-strength polyurethane adhesive designed specifically for bonding tongue and groove chipboard flooring. As it cures, the adhesive expands to fill small gaps between boards, creating a strong, permanent bond while helping to eliminate movement and reduce the risk of squeaking.
With its D4 water-resistant classification, this polyurethane adhesive is suitable for use in areas exposed to higher levels of moisture during construction, making it ideal for new builds, extensions and refurbishment projects. The expanding formula ensures full joint coverage, even where minor imperfections are present, resulting in a secure, long-lasting floor installation.
Supplied in a 1kg bottle, each bottle will typically bond up to six 2400 x 600mm tongue and groove chipboard flooring boards, depending on bead size and installation method. Suitable for use with all P5 moisture-resistant chipboard flooring, including Caberfloor, Caberdek, Cabershield Eco, Egger P5, Egger Protect and Egger Peelclean Xtra flooring panels.
