Knauf Insulation DriTherm Cavity Slab 37 150mm is a glass mineral wool insulation slab for suitable full-fill masonry cavity wall constructions. Each slab measures 1200 x 455mm; a pack contains 8 slabs covering approximately 4.37m² before cuts and wastage.
The product's declared thermal conductivity is 0.037 W/mK and its nominal declared thermal resistance at 150mm is 4.05m²K/W. It has Euroclass A1 reaction-to-fire classification. The water-repellent-treated glass mineral wool is intended for use within the manufacturer's approved full-fill masonry cavity wall applications.
The 150mm version provides a deeper full-fill insulation option for appropriately designed masonry cavity walls.
Wall ties, openings, cavity trays, exposure conditions, building height and cavity-barrier arrangements must follow the relevant design and the manufacturer's current documentation. Do not substitute this full-fill slab for a partial-fill system without an approved specification.
