Some London locations may have delivery access restrictions due to narrow roads, red routes, height limits, parking restrictions, congestion zones, or limited unloading space. If your property has restricted access or specific delivery requirements, please contact us before ordering or post notes in the "Delivery Information" section during checkout. o we can help arrange the most suitable delivery option. We regularly deliver timber across Greater London and will do our best to accommodate difficult access locations wherever possible.  

Yes. Someone able-bodied and responsible must be present at the delivery address on the day of delivery to safely receive and check the order. This is particularly important for larger timber deliveries, heavy materials, and locations with restricted access. Please ensure suitable access and unloading arrangements are available prior to delivery.

At present, Simply Timber operates as an online timber supplier and delivery service only. We do not currently offer customer collections or public trade counter facilities. All timber orders are delivered directly to the customer’s address using our nationwide delivery network.
